Time for another monthly update – they seem to come around fast these days! I guess the time is flying because I’ve been incredibly busy recently, both creating some cartoon projects for the Guild of Entrepreneurs Trust and putting the final, final touches on my new book, Drawn from 2017 – the year in cartoons.
There will be much more to say about both of these in the coming weeks. I will put up a pre-order link for the book, as I’d dare to hope it might be a suitable stocking-filler for someone you know this Christmas – have any friends or relatives who might appreciate a cartoon review of the year? Who knows, perhaps you might like a copy for yourself.
Having mentioned the C-word, JMC cartoon Christmas cards are on sale here at thortful (the collection is constantly being added to and updated) and you can always contact me if you would like a bespoke card for your business, organisation or beloved family member.
Returning to the month just past, below are a selection of works drawn on a variety of themes. There are cartoons about party conference season, historic anniversaries, national pasta day, talking animals and the weird end-of-days sky conditions we experienced. Not actually that strange for 2017, I suppose. It’s turning out to be a pretty strange year.
More post will follow this one. In the meantime, I hope you enjoy the cartoons.
James.
